LEGAL ASSISTANT - LITIGATION
- A minimum of 3 years litigation (commercial, civil or construction) experience;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Excellent proof reading and strong grammar skills;
- Must be detail oriented and multi-tasked;
- Excellent computer skills/proficiency with Word required.
IN-HOUSE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
- A minimum of 5 years Structural engineering experience with substantial design and Construction experience to support our thriving construction litigation practice;
- BS degree in structural or civil engineering, Registration preferred;
- Must be able to handle a wide variety of tasks including researching civil, architectural and structural engineering matters, compiling supporting materials, assisting outside consultants and experts, assist with forensic investigations to determine the cause and origin of structural failures, damage and/or defects in commercial, institutional, high-rise and residential buildings and interacting with clients to respond to questions and make presentations;
- The successful candidate must be extremely organized and have strong interpersonal skills as this position will be supporting several client matters at the same time;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required;
- Excellent research and analytical skills are required.
DATA STEWARD
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) database maintenance/management;
- Excellent computer skills to include MSWord and MS Excel are essential, along with data manipulation ;
- Must possess a strong client focus and attention to detail in order to update and maintain InterAction data on an ongoing basis;
- Must be able to perform research, both internally and using external resources, such as the Internet;
- Must be able to work well with internal and external clients;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality required;
- College degree preferred;
- Must be professional, a quick learner, able to multi-task and ability to effectively deal with people;
- Experience with Lexis' InterAction a definite plus.
RECEPTIONIST
- A minimum of 2 years general office experience;
- Prior experience as a front desk receptionist preferred;
- Excellent organizational skills required;
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi task;
- Basic computer skills required.
PARALEGAL - COLLECTIONS/FORECLOSURE
- 3 + years collections and/or foreclosure experience in a law firm ;
- Experience in condominium, HOA and Co-op collections/foreclosure strongly desired ;
- Excellent organizational and computer skills required;
- Must be detail - oriented, able to multi - task and work independently;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills require d.
LEGAL ASSISTANT - LITIGATION (COLLECTIONS & FORECLOSURE)
- Willing to teach COL/FO process to experienced, highly organized and detail oriented Litigation Legal Assistant ;
- Applicant must possess at least three years experience in civil litigation a nd have a st rong knowle d g e of all phases of civil litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery ;
- Knowledge of circuit civil process required ;
- Excellent organizational and computer skills required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required ;
- Successful applicant would be considered for promotion to Paralegal once all minium requirements for the position have been satisfied.
FILE CLERK - LITIGATION
- 6+ months general office skills experience preferred;
- Law Firm background a plus;
- Basic computer knowledge ;
- Must be able to multi task;
- Excellent communication skills required.
