Mr. Stempler has represented clients from different sectors of the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, sureties, and manufacturers. His background also includes handling commercial litigation and catastrophic injury matters. Prior to law school Mr. Stempler was a television news writer and producer.
