Professional Experience
Michael Schwager is an attorney in Becker & Poliakoff’s Litigation practice group. His practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, product liability, torts, class action and consumer litigation, and he appears regularly before federal and state court judges, and participates in the mediation of litigation matters.
Mr. Schwager was recognized as a 2009 “Rising Star,” by Florida Super Lawyers. Only 2.5% of Florida attorneys receive this honor each year. Rising Stars are chosen by their peers as being among the top up-and-coming lawyers (40 years or younger, or in practice 10 years or less) in the state.
