Professional Experience
Andrew Provost is an attorney in the Firm's Community Association Practice Group where he concentrates his practice on providing advice and counsel to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations. Mr. Provost has experience assisting associations with a variety legal matters ranging from covenant enforcement and amendment, collections and foreclosures, and drafting statutory and documentary guidelines for the daily administration of communities.
While in law school, Mr. Provost participated in a clinical program and a 2-year internship where he gained valuable experience in variety of legal areas such as community association law, civil litigation and foreclosure laws.
