Professional Experience
N. Rodney Holmes is an attorney in the firm's Community Association Litigation Group, representing condominium associations, homeowners associations and cooperatives in various litigation, collection, and foreclosure actions. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Mr. Holmes represented major mortgage lenders in various aspects of foreclosure. Mr. Holmes also has well rounded knowledge in various areas of the legal profession including business, criminal, entertainment, and real estate.
During law school, Mr. Holmes interned with Viacom/BET in Washington D.C. where he gained valuable experience in entertainment and business law, working with General Counsel, as it relates to running a major television network.
