Professional Experience
Andrew Berger represents both domestic and international clients with respect to the tax and non-tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, financing transactions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, ESOP sales, and general corporate matters. In addition, he regularly advises clients in connection with all aspects of estate planning and administration and asset preservation, including the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, family limited partnerships, insurance trusts and other sophisticated planning instruments. Prior to moving to Florida in 2004, he worked in the New York office of a leading international law firm, where he gained extensive experience representing multinational corporations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general transactional matters.
